Top Pro Hardware reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All products and services are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All torsion springs sold by Top Pro Hardware come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt). Defective springs will be replaced free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Hardware accessories (rollers, cables, drums, winding bars) carry a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

All orders placed through our website are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices listed on the website include applicable sales tax.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. You will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt and order details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain errors in pricing or product information.

Same-day pickup is available at our Hollywood, FL location for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Please call ahead at 909-524-1410 to confirm availability.

Shipping is available nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect products upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. Products must be in resalable condition.

Custom orders and installed products are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us at 909-524-1410 with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Garage door torsion springs are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury or death if improperly handled. Installation should be performed by trained professionals only.

Top Pro Hardware is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper installation, handling, or use of our products. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge these risks.

Always use proper safety equipment, including winding bars, safety glasses, and gloves when working with torsion springs. Never use substitutes for proper winding bars.

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary for payment processing and shipping.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive order confirmations and status updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Top Pro Hardware's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

In no event shall Top Pro Hardware be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
